Does an iTunes restore erase traces of an iPhone jailbreak?

I jailbroke my iPhone
Then restored it
Then updated it to 1.1.3
Then restored it again after 2 weeks.
I’m having some technical issues which make me want to take it into the apple store for replacement, but I want to make sure they know it wasn’t jailbroken before.

Would a Restore do this?
Any other things I can do further to be safe?
